4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by text at (908) 721-1317. Butler Acupuncture Center operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 301 North Ave East, Cranford, NJ 07016.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.

Butler Acupuncture Center is in-network with select insurance providers including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Coverage varies by plan, and patients are responsible for verifying their benefits prior to treatment.
